From humble beginnings in New Zealand in 1980, Intermed Medical has grown into a leading supplier of high-quality medical equipment and supplies, trusted by healthcare professionals across the industry. With a commitment to innovation, reliability, and excellence, the company expanded into Australia in 2013, establishing itself as a successful trans-Tasman provider of cutting-edge medical solutions.
However, as the business evolved and the focus remained on growth, Intermed’s brand presence struggled to keep pace.
Their website quickly became outdated and no longer accurately reflected the sophistication, credibility, and values that had defined Intermed’s true success. The lack of a cohesive online presence created a disconnect between their true capabilities and how they were perceived in the market.
To bridge this gap, we undertook a strategic website redesign and development, creating two distinct yet cohesive platforms; one for New Zealand and one for Australia. By modernising their online presence, we ensured a seamless user experience, stronger brand positioning, and clearer messaging, reinforcing Intermed’s reputation as a trusted industry leader.
