With over 35 years experience in design as a through-the-line advertising creative, Steve has extensive knowledge in all channels of marketing, both creatively and strategically. Steve has worked on many successful integrated campaigns throughout the years, earning numerous awards both locally and internationally. He is a design craftsman, believing that good design is the magnet that draws people into exploring a brand at a deeper level.

With 16 years’ experience in business accounting, Cacie is the consummate bean counter tasked with the immense job of keeping the CRANKD Group’s financial health on top of the world! Cacie is a Chinese national fluent in Chinese and English, with degrees in New Zealand and China. Living in here since 2001 she has made New Zealand her home. Cacie is also a highly talented watercolour and charcoal portrait artist.
